At The Galway Bay we care about the earth and our future and we are always working on ways to measurably reduce our carbon footprint on the environment.

Summer Salads
We are now using Local Hydroponically grown lettuce in our special summer salads.
We have both a Boston-Bibb salad and a Lamb Skewer salad and both are green in more
ways than one!
